Tablet/Capsule elevators or Bulk Feeders deliver product from their floor level hoppers to the hoppers of electronic counters and slat fillers. These units eliminate the need for ladders and platforms, which can be a safety concern. Operators load tablets into the floor level hopper of the elevator. When the level of product in counter or filler falls below a certain level, a sensor activates the elevator to transfer product from its hopper to the hopper of the counter/filler. We offer different style elevators including a "bucket" style and a "cleated" conveyor style. Modular can assist you in deciding which is the best fit for your application.
